8. Certificates and Credentials

Certificates issued upon course completion are provided for educational purposes only. They do not guarantee employment, professional certification, or any specific outcome. Certificates may be verified through our verification system, and we reserve the right to revoke certificates if terms are violated.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the LMS or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the LMS, even if the LMS or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
