2. Cancellation Policy

Users may request cancellation of their course enrollment under the following conditions:

• Before Course Access: If you have not accessed any course content, you may cancel your enrollment within 7 days of purchase
• After Course Access: Once course content has been accessed, cancellation requests may not be eligible for a full refund
• Technical Issues: Cancellations due to technical issues on our platform will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

• No Access Period: Full refund if cancellation request is made within 7 days of purchase and no course content has been accessed
• Limited Access Period: Partial refund (50%) if less than 25% of course content has been accessed and request is made within 14 days of purchase
• Technical Failure: Full refund if the course content is unavailable due to technical issues on our end for more than 7 consecutive days
• Duplicate Payment: Full refund for any duplicate or erroneous charges

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

• After more than 25% of the course content has been accessed
• After 14 days from the date of purchase
• For promotional or discounted courses (unless specified otherwise)
• If account suspension or termination was due to violation of our Terms and Conditions
• For courses purchased using credits or referral bonuses
• If the user has downloaded certificates or course completion documents
• Change of mind after accessing course materials

5. Refund Process

3. Our team will review your request within 5-7 business days
4. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10-15 business days
5. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase

6. Processing Time

Please note the following timelines:

• Request Review: 5-7 business days
• Refund Processing: 10-15 business days after approval
• Bank Credit: Additional 3-5 business days depending on your bank

Total refund processing time may take up to 25 business days from the date of request.

7. Payment Gateway Charges

Please note that payment gateway charges and transaction fees are non-refundable. If you are eligible for a refund, the refund amount will be net of any payment processing fees (typically 2-3% of the transaction amount).

8. Course Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue courses at any time. In case a course is discontinued:

• Enrolled users will retain access to the existing course content for a minimum of 6 months
• Alternative courses may be offered at no additional cost
• Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis

9. Disputes

If you have any concerns or disputes regarding cancellations or refunds, please contact our support team first. We are committed to resolving all issues fairly and promptly. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Nagarkurnool, Telangana, India.
